Usl. Amendments to the budget: some perplexities
A meeting was held this morning at the Finance Secretariat to discuss the Budget Law. Not wanting to express opinions on all the full-bodied, we cannot however refrain from making some considerations. First of all, we would like to point out that most of the amendments, among other things already deposited, were only invited to us in the late evening. The first amendment we want to focus on concerns the tax to encourage the repatriation of capital abroad, which in our opinion mainly affects honest savers. It is necessary to recreate a climate of trust in the banking system, through a relaunch of the system itself, if we really want to make our banks and their services attractive, rather than acting with impositions. believe that the control system could be strengthened by bringing out tax evasion. Another issue concerning the granting of being able to carry out work by retired health professionals. We agree with the paragraph that refers to a necessary in-depth analysis within the discussion on the Social Security Reform and the Labor Market Reform and which, in our opinion, must concern all pensioners on the basis of clear and required rules; we positively evaluate the willingness to employ these valid professionals at a time when the pandemic is still bringing the ISS to its knees. However, we believe that these exceptions should not be considered “gifts” but a real necessity for the country and in particular for our health system. After a few meetings relating to the stabilization of precarious personnel in the PA, an agreement was presented surprisingly confirming that, if on the one hand the executive will succeed in precarious work, on the other it “forces” the negotiation on purely contractual matters, placing of the possible constraints when, on the contrary, the union has always called for the necessary, free and dutiful confrontation. Finally, the proposed agreement of the Philatelic and Numismatic Office at Poste Spa even less acceptable even before the Government gave a definitive answer to the Popular Initiative Law with the large collection of signatures and the same Resolution of the State Congress which identified a preventive passage with the trade unions Unfortunately once again we complain about the method used which does not take into account the time needed to guarantee an adequate comparison
