Russian admiral issued a warning in Ukraine: “We would not fail”

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said today that his country will increase the number of joint military exercises with the West in the Black Sea region. He spoke about this after talks with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
