The course of Organizer of the live show was conceived by Paolo Grassi in 1951, with the need to renew the Italian scene also through the training of operators of his own cultural mission, constantly innovating the didactic plans according to the transformations of cultural life. The uniqueness of the course is that of bringing together the training of various show professionals (organizers, actors, dancers, directors, playwrights), allowing the various disciplinary sectors to collaborate synergistically in the realization of events and shows. In this way, students have a rare educational opportunity to practice hand in hand with theoretical insights, participating in the main projects of the School and thus experiencing the organizational implications, participating over the years in internships in the field, collaborating with the main companies and public and private cultural institutions, such as the Piccolo Teatro of Milan, Endemol, the Festival dei due Mondi in Spoleto and the Festival D’Avignone. The Organizer combines the managerial and managerial skills with the skills of mediator and executive translator of the aspects of artistic creation: he is in fact able to materialize the requests in the reality of the working and production world (fact, deadlines, client and regulatory needs) poetic and artistic, which are the basis of every cultural initiative.
