For New Year’s Eve, he has concocted an impressive ten-course menu where oyster in champagne rubs shoulders with gnocchi with a flowing heart with caviar and Racan chicken. Menu at 250 €.

The legendary address the Tour d’Argent is very popular on New Year’s Eve for its breathtaking view of Notre-Dame-de-Paris and the entire capital, but also for its impressive menu. Langoustine with caviar lacquered with bisque and yuzu butter, scallop carpaccio in juice emulsified with curry oil … There is of course the unmissable duck à la royale with truffle. Menu at 780 €

It is undoubtedly the restaurant which caused the most ink to flow in 2021. Mosuke of the young chef Mory Sacko offers a cuisine full of influences: Mali, Senegal, Japan, etc. For New Year’s Eve, it will be a question of lacquered langoustine, smoked oyster and lemon caviar, salmon in a turbot crust with kumquat… A great program to discover in eight courses. The imposing glass roof of the Samaritaine is perfect for a New Year’s Eve lunch. For New Years Day, Voyage has created a four-part menu. After a glass of champagne, two proposals are submitted for each dish. Prepared by the chefs, the plates feature noble products: foie gras, Saint-Jacques, turbot, lobster, etc. And as a bonus, a Christmas herbal tea from La Samaritaine.
