No Way Home »exposed in Norway – VG
The Norwegian distributor says on “Spider-Man: No Way Home” is postponed until January 14 – in the first instance.
On Tuesday morning, film critics woke up to the news that the premiere of the new Spider-Man film has been postponed. It was originally scheduled to premiere on December 17.
– For the time being, it is until January 14, but it depends on what society looks like then and when we are allowed to open a little more and show the film to a little more, says marketing manager for the film, Katrine Aamodt in SF Studios to VG.
She says the decision was made together with the licensee Sony Pictures.
– It was a bit of a consideration, but we know what we estimate the film for and what has the potential for, and see that we do not get it with the restrictions now. Then we wanted to move the premiere, says Aamodt.
She also points out several other European markets have already moved their premiere due to closure.
– What do you say to fans who are worried about “spoilers” now when they have to wait for the movie?
– Do not search for “Spider-Man” on the Internet! We saw that it worked quite well with “No Time to Die” as long as they did not actively search for spoilers. So we hope it will not be a long-term postponement, we will see how the restrictions change, she says.
NB: Spoilers!

If you CAN’T wait, Variety, among others, has reviewed the film (with spoilers) and named it “A satisfying meta-adventure.”
“No Way Home” seems to pick up the threads where “Far from Home” ended – namely with Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) faking his own murder with Spider-Man as suspected and revealed to the whole world of Peter Parker is behind the spider mask .
