Dor Shapira, Israeli ambassador to Portugal: “There are no diplomatic solutions without keeping all options on the table”
A friend of hiking, camping and crossfit, Dor Shapira left the village of Kfar Shmuel for Lisbon. Graduated in International Relations, with a Masters in Management, the diplomat considers the high point of his career to have helped his country establish relations with three Arab nations. With a career of over 15 years in Foreign Affairs – which included placements in Australia and the United States – he also carried out research and management of an Israeli-Palestinian company. The ambassador spoke with Expresso at the beginning of a festive week for his people.
