The federalisation of the Union would benefit Germany first and foremost
The agreement to coordinate the new film will include a declaration of efforts to federalize the European Union. Why such a solution will date from the point of view of Berlin?
prof. Tomasz Grzegorz Grosse: This declaration has a rhetorical dimension on the one hand and the other on the other. When it comes to the first aspect, the word “federation” has very good associations in Germany when it comes to the fact that you think so, as in the case of some elites in Poland in society. Authors, authors, authors, authors, authors conducted a self-test, self-presented, self-presented, self-presented, thought, thought, thought, thought, thought, thought, thought, thought. Countries that are smaller have different ideas about European integration.
On the other hand, it is often argued that in the global world only the greatest count. Perhaps, from this perspective, a vision of the United States of Europe that would not be the same for small countries, including Poland?
Ten arguments are in the integration of European opinion, but we say here about two European visions and Poland’s places in.
The first, second, is that large countries such as Germany decide about the rest. Indeed, if Europe integrates along this method to be stronger in the international, but it can be national ideas and interests for nation states. What if one of the obvious collisions with the interests of the cities has decreased? Will you be represented with the fact that Europe and Germany will be interested in being represented, for example?
To introduce their own initiatives, to integrate Europe and the same community, to engage their own initiatives and their own resources are implemented. Today we have the situation we are dealing with now. If Poland has several seats in practice, it may firstly be voted in ebony in an intergovernmental institution, perhaps in its existence, perhaps even by the rule of law, it may be by the grave of funds being collected by funds, and thus forced to do so by the federation’s vision European, which is promoted by, among others Germans.
Does the new coalition agreement really bring something new to the European debate? After all, we have been coming to federalisation for many years.
When it comes to these federation ideas, apart from rhetoric, i.e. the Germans openly opening up to this idea, you do not have completely new ideas that were not present in the systemic debate. In this coordination agreement, we have a speech, for example, of introducing the entry into elections, that is, “preliminary candidatures” – a German idea that has not been implemented anymore, or limiting the principle of unanimous decision-making on introducing state formats.
All these ideas were no longer discussed, but an attempt to collect these ideas under the banner of federalization and show them as something different for Europe. It is worth adding that in 2000, Joss Fischer (a modern, much larger ministry) of the Federal Republic of Germany – red. Therefore, the current citation of the federation has, above all, the present symbolic. those persons who participate in the action, all for state affairs in the Member States, benefit from a joint offer to the Member States.
In Germany, which is becoming a popular federal vision, which is becoming a popular part of Europe that connects with European politics. Can it be said that the polarization of views on the future of the European Union is deepening in Europe at present?
To the best of our knowledge, we have an offensive to promote federal solutions when before that you were learning about the future of Europe. Under this banner, the champion of Europe, which they promote, promote, try to push solutions, are primarily for Germany and France.
On the other side, of course, there is opposition in many ideas, among many groups that do not agree to federal information. In fact, in Polish-German systemic relations, the ideas about federalisation are less important, although they are of course irrelevant. The first governmental is that the new government is governed in Warsaw when it comes to matters relating to German rule of more than one government. EU federalization will simply look for solutions that will facilitate the solution of ideas that are created with Polish interests. At least such as are present by contemporaries in Poland.
Proposed relations between Warsaw and the new German government – it is often said that Warsaw will still miss Chancellor Angela Merkel. Do you agree with this thesis?
Absolutely not. Angela Merkel’s policy was unfavorable for Poland, but now we will have to keep up with all these trends. This policy would like to tighten even more, which were visible and which are no longer bad for us. Here, first of all, about the migration policy, information related to the rule of law and the resignation from Poland, and again about the energy and climate policy, which in a foreign zone was unfavorable for Polish households and the Polish economy. At the very end of the end of the voting in the vote, the voting that establishes the new German law, which mentions that he already has a chancellor, is to be heard that is bad, because with a plus there will be a program allowance that makes the vote will be even worse heard than before.
Why is Chancellor Olaf Scholz visiting Poland on December 12?
The governments are in line with the division into both sides so large that the visit in the report is courtesy and you have to show the report from Warsaw from the website. It does not announce a change in German policy towards Poland.
The litmus test of the new master that is now to be repaired will change, it will make the capital of sanctions on the capital, which now has the right to the rule of law and values. I predict that there will be no such change, and this is the judge from the point of view of relations between governments. Several other disputes can be abandoned, for example, Nord Stream 2, less than the force of power. In the session in none of these areas, Germany does not propose a fundamental shift in its policy towards the direction chosen by Chancellor Merkel. He will hand it again – graves or I will sharpen Warsaw so that Warsaw will change on the table. So if in this way, quite astronautical and patrimonial, Berlin approaches Warsaw, it means that the change of state is much more courteous and is to have some generally good impression that according to the new will in Berlin, there is no point in a real change of German authorities.
He outlines this project in order to revise its constitutive infrastructure. Perhaps you should join velvet gloves and put on boxing gloves. In any case, the current policy for victory, based on standing against the German champion – will not work. Politics in Berlin, lower politicians listen more to the opposition, and to the ruling government the government.
