The international real estate development and management company Technopolis Lietuva is testing the artificial intelligence system Apex Intelligence developed by UAB City Service Engineering for the maintenance of its Delta office buildings.
The system tracks back and regulates the ventilation, cooling and heating processes in buildings. Following the success of the project, it is planned to install artificial intelligence systems in all six buildings managed by companies in Vilnius next year.

According to the company, the installation of the system cost about 0.40 Eur per sq. Km. m, and its monthly maintenance will cost 0.02 Eur per sq. m. m.
“Over the next year, we plan to install the system in the buildings we manage in Lithuania. The investments in the oldest buildings will be a bit higher, but the change in energy consumption should be even more impressive, ”says T. Žinys.
Technopolis Lietuva generates about 17% of the energy needed for the buildings by installing solar power plants on the roofs of the city’s offices.
“We have set a goal for 2022. By the end of 2030, 84% of our buildings would be certified by Leed or Breeam, and by 2030. all our business centers should use only CO2-neutral energy, ”the report said.
