Bennacer too greedy for Milan?
Algerian international Ismaël Bennacer is slow to extend his contract with Milan. His salary demands have been resolved.
Ismaël Bennacer is one of the major players of AC Milan. Since his arrival at the club from Empoli, the Algerian international has continued to progress. In the midfield, he even emerges as a real regulator. In view of this ascent, the former Touraineer saw fit to request a new contract. Its Lombard decision-makers agree on the outlines of this new deal, but the financial aspect remains to be agreed. And it is far from being done.
Bennacer could be invited to see elsewhere
To believe the site Calciomercato, the positions of the two parties regarding the player’s salary are too far apart while there is agreement regarding the duration of the contract (until 2026). The best player of CAN 2019 currently receives 125,000 euros per month. The amount of the new remuneration that was offered to him was not leaked, but there would be a € 800,000 discrepancy with this player and his demanding agent. One hell of a ditch and he’s not at all sure it’s combined. If the negotiations are broken off, then a departure from Fennec will become highly possible. And that will make one less competitor for Yacine Adli, who will arrive from Bordeaux next summer.
