This woman obviously did not apply this precept to herself … Recently, the Order of Physicians referred to the Toulouse public prosecutor’s office because information reached them from a person who would practice the practice of medicine without having the authorization. Officials will thus discover on the Internet ads posted by a 30-year-old woman who offers, on Snapchat and Instagram, finance finance botox sessions, a policeman tells The Independent Opinion.
Questionable hygiene
Two victims thus lodged a complaint, were injured of “questionable” hygiene conditions and a very hazardous quality of the products studied.
The suspect was therefore arrested and taken into police custody. During her hearing, she recounted having bought the ready-made syringes on the Internet abroad, believing that her beautician “skills” would suffice for injector of hyaluronic acid.
Unconvincing explanations that she will have to formulate again in court next February 16. As a reminder, the offense of illegal practice of medicine is punished by the Public Health Code and is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros.
