San Marino. Stéphane Colombari is the new Secretary of the FUCS-CSdL
“The Director of the Unitary Construction and Services Federation CSdL has elected Stéphane Colombari as the new Secretary of the FUCS-CSdL. It happens to Alfredo Zonzini, who held this position from 2010 to the recent 20th Congress last November ”.
This was announced in a press release. “Stéphane Colombari has also been an Official of the Federation from 2010 to today and thanked the Executive for the trust placed in him, as well as the officials Diego Moretti and Matteo Missiroli with whom there has been a fruitful collaboration, which he also maintained in the next term.
In confirming the importance of the role played by Alfredo Zonzini at the head of the Federation, Stéphane Colombari assured his commitment to continue in the collegial management of the FUCS, which in particular in recent years has achieved strong organizational growth, exceeding the thousand members and bringing the election of a significant representation in the new CSdL Board of Directors.
In the next period, one of the priorities of the FUCS is represented by the renewal of the collective agreements of the various sectors that the Federation deals with: private construction, AASLP salaried workers, trade and tourist trade, services, banks, bars-hotels-restaurants.
In addition to the aspect, among the contractual objectives on a regulatory level there is a better integration between work and life times, often irreconcilable especially for working women – who are in the majority in the service, trade and tourism sectors – and planning of the working hours most suited to the needs of workers. Particular attention should be paid to sectors in which the hours dedicated to work are often not correctly paid by employers. In this sense, the controls by the competent inspection bodies must be intensified, and the use of IT tools capable of certifying the hours worked by employees must also be hypothesized.
At the same time, the Federation intends to make its contribution within the Confederation of Labor in its negotiating role on the important reforms announced by the Government – pensions, the labor market, the tax system – which have an impact on life and purchasing power. of workers no less relevant than collective bargaining agreements.
