Founded in 2010 by Maxime Doreau, Feed Manager is a web marketing agency dedicated to merchants keen to develop their growth online. The company, which since 2016 belongs to the powerful international group Labelium, has prestigious references with 180 clients across Europe, Canada and the United States.
In full swing, the e-commerce sector has exploded since the start of the health crisis. In the first quarter of 2021, it completed nearly 500 million transactions, an annual increase of 17.8%. Deprived of their physical distribution channels, companies have started an accelerated digital transformation, essential to maintaining their activity.

Explain to us what the activity of Feed Manager consists of?
Our job is to adapt and structure e-commerce data to make it compatible with distribution on advertising platforms like Google, Facebook or marketplaces like Amazon, Cdiscount, Manomano. But beyond the technical aspect of data compliance, we are working on the performance aspect of campaigns by collecting third-party data to better control algorithms towards the display of the most profitable products for your company.

E-commerce has definitely taken off with the health crisis. How has this impacted your business?
We have faced part of the concentration of business on the only channel accessible the web. E-merchants had to step up their online visibility and their click & collect proposition. And on the other hand, we have seen the arrival of brands that have found themselves without a physical distributor and have made digital transformation and direct to consumer a priority. We have therefore strongly reinforced the teams with 20 recruitments last year and we have restructured our offers around three major axes: data structuring via feed management, digital media strategy and e-retail and marketplaces support. A winning strategy that adapts to each e-merchant whatever their size or sector of activity. Based in Bordeaux, the team of 50 talents works together to provide an optimal solution to French and foreign traders.
What are your ambitions for 2022?
Continue the development of e-retail and marketplaces to further support the brand and merchants in this ecosystem. And in addition to e-merchants who constitute 70% of our partners, I would like to strengthen our expertise on data flow in the areas of automotive and real estate. The flows have become essential and are now in all sectors. And to carry out its projects, I am recruiting talents with a projection of twenty additional employees in 2022 and six in the very short term.
Good to know: Training holds a prominent place within Feed Manager, whether it is continuous for current employees or work-study for students.
The development of Feed Manager employees is at the heart of my concerns. We are constantly looking for ways to offer them a motivating career path within the agency and the group. Decelerating talent, capitalizing on it and developing the skills of our employees are part of our DNA.
