Nova SBE wants to investigate the commercial potential of associations in Portugal – Executive Digest
The Nova SBE Sales Lab teamed up with SHL Portugal to create the Sales Maturity Index, a tool that allows you to assess the potential of sales teams in any organization. As founding partners and participants in the study, entities such as Tabaqueira, Vanguard Properties and ManpowerGroup Portugal are joined.
This project aims to leverage the sales strategy of national companies and understand the main challenges facing the sector.
The partner companies will be submitted to a commercial talent assessment, based on four distinct areas, focused on the B2B market, which analyze technical, behavioral, motivational and digital skills.
“The pandemic has accelerated some circumstances and nuances of the challenges that sales professionals face, but if there is one constant in the commercial area, it is disruption. We need to be capable, empowered, informed, in order to adapt to the constant disruptions that affect their markets or the economy”, said Helga Saraiva-Stewart, founder of Nova SBE Sales Shaker and Lead-Resuts and Exec. Director of the Sales Laboratory at Nova SBE.
The executive also added that “this is why the Sales Lab is such an important venture, because it not only works to raise the profile of the professional, but also to certify competences in the commercial area. And this certification starts with an assessment of competences”.
