According to the investigations initiated in the 1990s by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Reggio Calabria and the proceedings still in progress in the Calabrian courtrooms, Cosa Nostra and ‘Ndrangheta have carried out international trafficking of all kinds for over 30 years, from the counterfeiting market to that of weapons, with the active participation for a long time of highly authoritative Freemasons enrolled in the secret lodges (Loggia La Fenice, Loggia di San Marino, Loggia di Montecarlo) managed or participated by Count Ugolini.
