Among the projects carried out by the IEFP, with support from Portugal 2020, internships from the Youth Employment Initiative are included, with 71.9 million euros, followed by the Youth Employment Initiative (47.6 million euros), internships for young people (47, 5 million euros) and support for hiring adults (45.9 million euros).
The Employment and Vocational Training Institute (IEFP) is the beneficiary of Portugal 2020 with the largest funding, totaling 1,700 million euros for 384 projects, in a list that also includes companies and universities.
According to data from the Mais Transparência portal, among the projects carried out by the IEFP, with the support of Portugal 2020, internships are included in the Youth Employment Initiative, with 71.9 million euros, followed by the Youth Employment Initiative (47.6 million euros) , internships for young people (47.5 million euros) and support for hiring adults (45.9 million euros).
Among the beneficiaries with the greatest funding are the Directorate-General for Higher Education (660 million euros), IP-Infraestruturas de Portugal (599 million euros), the Development Financial Institution (355 million euros), the Foundation for Science and Technology (332 million euros), the Regional Employment Fund (210 million euros), the Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure (189 million euros) and the General Secretariat for Education and Science (189 million euros ) .
This is followed by the University of Minho (171 million euros), Metro do Porto (137 million euros), University of Aveiro (137 million euros), University of Porto (131 million euros), University of Coimbra (114 million euros euros), Portos dos Açores (107 million euros), Agency for Development and Cohesion (104 million euros) and the Metropolitano de Lisboa (103 million euros).
Below 100 million euros in funding, the Portuguese Environment Agency (94.1 million euros) stands out, a mission structure of IFRRU 2020 – Financial Instrument for Urban Rehabilitation and Revitalization Central Administration (86.9 million euros ), Madeira Employment Institute (78 million euros) and AGDA – Águas Públicas do Alentejo (70.5 million euros).
