Numerous events to combat violence against women
Tomorrow is there World day against violence against women, in San Marino many appointments are scheduled starting from today until 3 December. We start this evening at 17:30 with the torchlight procession from parking A2 until the Historic Center of the City from organized USL and UCS.
Tomorrow, Thursday 25 November, at 3.00 pm at the Polyvalent Hall of Serravalle, again organized by the San Marino Workers Union and the San Marino Consumers Union, the awards ceremony for the competition “Even the walls say it: enough with the violence”. At 4:00 pm at the Don Elviro Cardelli park in Domagnano, a red bench to remember the victims of femicide, edited by the San Marino National Fair Play Committee; at 17.30 at the Teatro Titano la State Secretariat for Labor, in collaboration with the International Labor Organization organizes a moment of in-depth study of the ILO 190 Convention that San Marino is preparing to ratify. The events scheduled for tomorrow will end at 21:00, in the lecture hall of the human sciences department with conversations “Becoming men, male relationships without oppression” organized by the Confine Association in collaboration with the Authority for Equal Opportunities and DSU.
Friday 26 November, by Soroptimist Club San Marino, “A room for you” to the Gender Violence Office of San Marino City where a protected, welcoming and adequately equipped space will be possible. The project will be held at 6:00 pm at the Azzurro Shopping Center “San Marino against violence against women” project of UDS and Daniela Moroni Photographs. The screening will be held at 9.00 pm at the Concordia cinema in Borgo Maggiore “Anne’s Choice” by the Cultural Institutes.
The presentation of the book will be held on Saturday 27 November at the Sala Polivalente in Murata “Words and Prejudices” di Maria dell’Anno who will talk with the journalist Sara Bucci. Finally, Friday 3 December in room 2 of the Department of Human Sciences in San Marino City “Body and average positivity”, seminar by Lucia Tralli, scholar of the interconnections between media and gender studies, edited by UNIRSM in collaboration with Authority Equal Opportunities. At 21:00, at the Titano Theater, “Words that hurt”, Smart Academy production by Simona Meriggi by the Cultural Institutes.
