A color for affirm your support on the occasion of the International Day Against Violence Against Women. The town hall wants to be associated with the universal message carried by theUN Women : “all united to end violence against women and girls”.
A time of recollection on a stele
In addition to enlightenment, a collection time is scheduled for Wednesday November 24 at 7 p.m. on the stele “In memory of women victims of machismo”, located Frédéric Mistral alley. Jean-Luc Moudenc invites the people of Toulouse, the mayors of municipalities, the elected representatives of the City Council and the institutional and associative partners to join this meditation.
Visit of the Carrefour-Rencontre
Thursday, November 25, the mayor will then visit the stands of the Crossroads-Meeting at 15h. This place offers reception and information on measures for women victims of violence. Coming back to the town hall, it organizes events until December 10 around the fight against violence against women. Meetings, debates, cinema, theater, dance … The Metropolis will complete the program with theBread pockets operation. 200,000 of the said pockets will be distributed, with the registration of the emergency number dedicated to women victims of violence: the 39.19.
