Carnivores will love this new address! The Butcher’s Table opened on October 23, 2021, at 90 of theUnited States Avenue, a Toulouse. A new restaurant that has met meat and its best cuts in the spotlight.
A grilladin in the kitchen
Behind this new establishment, we find Oussama Saaidia, a butcher whose shop is located in Borderouge. “I wanted to open a restaurant to showcase my products,” explains the manager. I couldn’t find a local near my butcher’s shop, so we opted forUnited States Avenue. “
A grilladin has been recruited: all the meats are cooked in a charcoal oven. Beef rib, sirloin steak, tenderloin, but also chicken skewers or veal t-bone, for example, are offered for tasting.
Home-made accompaniments
“These are very simple dishes,” says Osama Saaidia. “As an accompaniment, customers can choose between homemade fries, baked potatoes or sweet potatoes with pepper sauce, braised sauce, Roquefort sauce or forest sauce. And we also have a maturation chamber. “
On the price side, count 14.90 euros for a 200g flank steak, 17.90 euros for a 350g steak or even 47.50 euros for a 1 kg prime rib.
The restaurant can accommodate up to 28 people.
