Rebeca Venâncio returns to Microsoft Portugal as Head of PR & Communications – News Center
Microsoft Portugal announces the hiring of Rebeca Venâncio like Head of Public Affairs and Communications, position that marks his return to the Portuguese subsidiary, where he worked between 2016 and 2019, as Communications & Events Manager.
After two years in the Portugal Revolution as Head of PR and Communications, Rebeca Venâncio will now lead Microsoft Portugal’s communications, being responsible for managing communications, both internally and externally, and the respective development, implementation and strategy plan for the National market.
Rebeca Venâncio, Head of Public Relations and Communications at Microsoft Portugal revealed: “It is with great enthusiasm that I return to Microsoft Portugal, where I consolidated my experience in the field of business communication, after several years working through journalism. Return in a highly challenging context, marked by an unprecedented technological acceleration, with the reality that has been imposed on us in the last two years to dictate a new agenda within the associations”.

In her professional career, Rebeca Venâncio adds up to nearly a decade as a journalist, having worked at SIC, Diário Económico, CMTV, TVI and collaborated with Notícias Magazine and Sábado magazine.
Rebeca Venâncio has a degree in Communication Sciences from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
