Russia continues to offer new and new conditions for the opening of two CPVs in the Golden and Happiness, so they had to work for another year according to the decision of the Normandy itself.

“As the last year of the TCG has shown, Russia continues to offer new and new conditions for the opening of two CPVs in Golden and Happiness, despite the fact that they were to start working on November 10. Could the Russian delegation explain why it continues to keep Ukrainians as workers in the occupied territories? “he said.
The Ukrainian diplomat also pointed out that Russia restricts the passage of citizens through the pedestrian checkpoint in Stanytsia Luhanska: 20% fewer people have been allowed through this checkpoint in the last week.
In addition, the head of Ukraine’s mission to the OSCE, in addition to the presence of inadmissibility in the areas of distribution of militants of the Russian armed forces with armbands with the description of “SCCC”, which prohibit the passage of patrols of the OSCE mission across the road allegedly closed to the SMM.
As reported, during the Paris itself in the “Nmand format” on December 9, 2019, an agreement was reached that from November 10, 2020, the simultaneous opening of new checkpoints in Happiness and Gold.
Ukraine has fully complied with the agreement and opened new and existing CPVs for its part. However, Russia continues to fail to fulfill its responsibilities in this regard.
