Grab the future. win portugal
- The President of the Republic announced to the country yesterday the data for the next legislative period: January 30, 2022. In doing so, take a decision that is not discussed and that all parties will have to adapt.
– It cannot be said, however, that the option of the President of the Republic was totally indifferent to the recommendations of all political parties (with the exception of IL) and, contrary to what had been assured by him, he decided not to be indifferent to the PSD calendar. Granting the head of state the time he deems necessary for there to be no major party in agreement to carry out his achievements. A fact that naturally has to be respected. And that ineluctably associates the President of the Republic, as I mentioned earlier, with the result of the PSD in legislative advantages.
- Coming here, it is important to reiterate exactly what has been the message that has been conveyed by Rui Rio: it is essential that the PSD, its activists, its leaders reflect on what the PSD wants to present legislative legislation. The PSD argument presents itself as a legitimate leader in internal changes less than two months before legislative ones. There is also the argument that it would be preferable for the PSD to be united and cohesive to the remittance. If the militants think that a PSD in combat presents itself better to voters, we will have an update. If you consider that a united PSD, focused on the country and competing every meter with the PS presents itself better to voters, we will have no previous ones.
- What matters: the PSD has to present itself to the next legislatives in conditions of how to be able to dispute. Portugal demands that from us. The Portuguese will not forgive us if we are not able to. We like to entertain ourselves in reflections on the importance of electoral acts and the concept of democratic legitimacy and the people, those who deviate from being the recipient of all our concerns, find themselves struggling to understand this autophagy in which the party to which they gave a positive sign in the local authorities understood to get involved next. It may be that they are right.
- The PSD must know how to behave, before the country, as a party capable of governing. Let us assume our responsibilities, let us assume each one of them as their responsibilities to present our responsibilities, in the best possible conditions to be able to dispute the necessary ones. That, yes, is our duty.
