return of the Saint-André fair after two years of absence
It had not taken place for two years, due to the health crisis. The traditional Saint-André fair is maintained this year in the streets of Annecy. It will take place Tuesday, December 7, with the obligation to present the health pass and in compliance with barrier gestures.
Scope identical to that of 2019
“The perimeter of the fair will be identical to that of 2019 with the same exhibitors. Nearly 5.5 km of stands, displays, refreshments and catering areas with take-away sales, will animate the streets of the city center from 7 am to 8 pm”, indicates the city in a press release.
The Saint-André fair is one of the biggest fairs in France. This meeting, which dates back to the Middle Ages, brings together nearly 1,000 traders every first Tuesday in December, spread over five kilometers of stalls. She dresses every year nearly 80,000 people. The funfair will bring together 30 fairgrounds this year. It will take place from Saturday 27 November at 2 p.m. until Sunday 12 December, on the Place des Romains.
