Out of exuberance, cleaning agents emptied onto those showering.

A boozy party among around 20-year-olds ended in August in Innsbruck for a participant with a serious eye injury. Before that, the boy had taken a quick shower after the party. His half-funny friends, however, sprayed him randomly with cleaning agent over the curtain, one of them could also have been a highly caustic pipe cleaner. Just through contact, a sprayer ran out of a tuft of hair. The person sprayed had to go to the clinic immediately with skin burns. To this day, however, his left eye on the cornea is cloudy. Laser surgery will be necessary. The victim made no claims for damages to his friends. For the joke that got out of control, the regional court yesterday issued a conditional 480 euro fine for each of the two defendants for negligently serious bodily harm.
Yesterday, a Bosnian (28) threatened five to fifteen years in prison who allegedly committed frequent violence against his wife and two children. After a long process of evidence, only the vague statements of the ex-wife remained. Too little for defense attorney Eva Kathrein: acquittal and immediate release. (fell)
