Thessaloniki: An association of patients for long COVID syndrome is established
Eleni Iasononou, a pediatrician and a patient suffering from coronavirus complications, undertook the establishment of an association based in Thessaloniki for patients suffering from the long Covid syndrome.

It is noted that long Covid has been officially recognized by the World Health Organization as a disease. Fatigue, shortness of breath, mental confusion and general dysfunction in daily life are among the symptoms of the syndrome for several months after infection.
