Salzburg extends corona exit restriction for St. Koloman – Vienna Online – Corona vaccination
The State of Salzburg has extended the exit restrictions for the Tennengau municipality of St. Koloman until November 3rd. The protective measures in effect since October 18 were originally planned until Sunday.
The extension was justified by the high seven-day incidence, which has only fallen marginally from 1,234 to 1,178 since the isolation measures came into force. Meanwhile, the number of fully vaccinated people in St. Koloman is stagnating at just over 40 percent of the total population.
Expansion of the corona exit restrictions
On October 20, the exit restrictions were extended to the two communities Annaberg-Lungötz and Adnet. The measures apply here up to and including November 3rd. Until then, people who have been vaccinated, recovered or those who have been tested by PCR may leave the country. In the past few days, special vaccination campaigns have taken place in all three communities. With a seven-day incidence value of 660.9, the number of infections in Tennengau is more than twice as high as in the city of Salzburg (324.3).
