GREAT WEATHER FORECAST: Europe is facing wind, floods and heavy snowfall! Slovakia also heard Ortiel
Although astronomically we are currently only in mid-autumn, the American Meteorological Society Accuweather has already produced a long-term weather forecast for the coming winter not only for America but also for Europe. From this it is clear that the old continent really awaits everything, from the original to below-average temperatures. However, each area will be affected by each of these phenomena.
The South is facing heavy rainfall and floods
Meteorologists warn that in Spain and the south of France, they must meet a higher total precipitation and strong winds. “Some of the strongest veterinary storms are most likely to occur somewhere in the south of France, Spain or Portugal this winter,” they point out. At the same time, rainfall can lead to rising river levels and subsequent floods. They are also projected to affect the Balkans and Italy.

The exception will be in this respect for the people of Portugal and southwestern Spain, where the weather will be more balanced. Growers such as olives, oranges and grapes can especially enjoy this.
However, the temperature in the south of Europe will be good. They should remain at average or even above average, especially in some parts of Italy, Greece and the Balkans.

Do we have a hard winter ahead of us?
The interior of Eastern Europe, ie also the area where Slovakia belongs, must be prepared for the cold, unlike the air. From central Ukraine to the north to Latvia and Estonia and to the west to Slovakia and Poland, it is also important to point out that temperatures will be below your usual average.
If the cold air can be combined with such precipitation advancing on our territory from the Balkans, we can also count on a rich amount of snow.

But it will look different in the west and in difficult Europe, where it is forecast to be drier. This applies to the east of France, Germany, Sweden and Norway. However, there is no need to worry about a great drought in this part of Europe either, because there will probably be less, but they will definitely occur.
