“The lies of the Secretary Canti”
“The AASLP leaders in the IV Council Commission have been heard on the case of the auditor Delvecchio: the documents reveal serious political interference, alleged conflicts of interest and the unlawful and prolonged removal from the AASLP Board of Directors of the mayor from exercising his role as control, but for the Secretary Canti, who lied to citizenship about the matter, that of the AASLP Board of Directors is an example to follow. sadly known, but what emerged from the hearing in Council Commission IV of the AASLP Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors Reviewers has some striking “.
This is what he writes in a statement Future Republic. “The facts: the mayor Delvecchio is the promoter, within the Board of Auditors of the AASLP, of a series of complaints on conflicts of interest – tasks entrusted by the Board to its members – and of remarks made to the Chairman of the Board Fabio Rossi. The Board of the AASLP, elected by this majority following the notorious law on the “spoils system” – through which the government has shaped all the governing bodies of the state bodies headed by the mayor Delvecchio in its own image, decides their removal, before yet to have received indications from the State Attorney’s Office which had been asked for an opinion. When then the opinion of the Avvocatura decrees the full legitimacy of the mayor Delvecchio, the BoD takes almost two months to readmit him to the Council sessions What is worse is that from the minutes of the BoD delivered to the Commissioners it clearly emerges that the Secretary Canti was directly (unfortunately he presents at all the meetings of the AASLP BoD, for direct the Company up to the beginning of which companies to invite or not to public procurement) asked for readmission to the sessions. Incidentally, the minutes from which the undue interference of the Canti Secretary clearly emerged were the subject of a completely unusual and certainly questionable drafting procedure (drafting assignment to an external company after the holding of the sessions!) And were approved with almost six months of delay from the carrying out of the facts.
Finally, the thing that emerges with total clarity is that the Secretary Canti shamelessly lied to all the San Marino citizens during an episode of the Palazzo Pubblico of the RTV, when, pressed by Nicola Renzi, he had stated that Delvecchio had been ousted from his functions by the Collegio Trade union. Well, precisely in the Commission, the Board of Statutory Auditors clarified that it had recorded, in a meeting following Canti’s statements on TV, that they were a “typo”! In short, a very elegant way to leave a written record of the fact that Canti had lied, perhaps clumsily trying to place his responsibilities on others. As can be seen, even in this sector, the panorama is disturbing: opacity, bullying by members of the government, fake authorizations. Faced with all this, he shrugged once again, evidently now resigned to the gaffes, bullying and inability of the Secretaries of State, or aware that, ultimately, what he allowed in the AASLP is a joke compared to what he has allowed in many other fields, primarily in the Court. But the people of San Marino, by now everyone, have realized that a country cannot be managed like this!
The question will not go unnoticed: given that the majority does not care about the legality, we are evaluating the best steps to take to clarify what happened and underestimate the relative responsibilities “.
