After the ticket verdict against Amadé: is the Salzburg ski giant striking back?
Compensate ski areas & their season ticket customers because of the Corona stop. Everyone pays – except for Ski amadé. Will it stay that way?
The second-instance judgment is clear: buyers of ski season tickets for 2019/2020 are entitled to proportional compensation for ski days that were no longer consumable at the time. The first lockdown had stopped the ski season in mid-March, but otherwise the lifts would have run until the beginning of May (SN from Wednesday).
