Albert of Monaco father of a Brazilian teenager
Finally, and after a year of battle, Prince Albert of Monaco ended the accusations of a Brazilian woman, who sued him in recognition of paternity. She claims the prince is the father of her 16-year-old daughter.
His diplomatic immunity was invoked.
A Brazilian who is said to be in her thirties had indeed lodged a complaint before the court in Milan in Italy, where she would now be installed, to have her recognize the paternity of a 16-year-old girl.
The identity of the latter has not been specified. She had written him a letter for the provider to submit to a paternity test.
Charlene of Monaco would have lived this revelation very badly and for good reason!
The child is said to have been born at the start of his relationship with Prince Albert of Monaco.
As Stéphane Bern mentioned in an article published in Paris Match at the end of July, his hair madness last year would be the gesture of an injured woman.
But according to Townandcountrymag, taken up by the Daily Mail, this case will never be judged.
Prince Albert has indeed invoked his diplomatic immunity, and would therefore not be subjected to a DNA test, as the Brazilian hoped. According to Soir Mag, she would be “a professional”.
This affair could therefore no longer be settled except in a friendly manner.
Provided for by the Vienna Convention, diplomatic immunity “is a protection offered by States to diplomats and their families based abroad. The principle of diplomatic immunity is that of inviolability ”.
