Shooting: 100 shooters at the state air rifle championships in Innsbruck
On Sunday, October 10th, one week after the big state championships for air rifles and air pistols at the Bundesleistungszentrum in Innsbruck, all air rifle classes started to fight for the title of the Tyrolean state champions.
7 championship titles for the Kufstein district
The Kufstein district is particularly successful once again, claiming a total of seven titles at these championships. In the women’s class standing on top, Anita Entner (SG Wörgl) won with 421.4 rings and Maria-Luise Felderer, another female shooter from Kufstein, was also successful in this discipline in the senior women class 1: she took first place with 423.0 rings Place.
In the Senior 1 category, Reinhard Mair from the guild in Wattens-Rettenberg won with 420.0 rings, also in the standing discipline. Raimund Felderer (SG Breitenbach) joined with a shower of medals with another championship title, also standing in the senior class 2 and 418.1 rings.
There were also excellent results in senior class 3: Reinhard Entner (SG Wörgl) was able to secure victory here with 418.3 rings. Due to this good performance, the Breitenbach 1 team (Maria-Luise Felderer, Raimund Felderer, Andreas Moser) won the gold medal as a team with 1.2562 rings.
Sitting free, Günther Thaler (SG Wörgl) was also able to win gold for Kufstein with 422.6 rings in the men’s class. For the guild in Bad Häring, Peter Landmann won with 418.7 rings in senior class 3, also seated free and thus won gold medal number 7 for Kufstein.
Schwazer Schützen provide 2 new national champions
With Hannes Hanser, the Schützengilde Aschau surprised an experienced shooter for the standing discipline and this one also lived up to expectations: with a result of 417.7 rings he confidently secured first place in the men’s class. In the sitting free discipline, a Schwaz shooter won the women’s class: Andrea Tipotsch (SG Zell am Ziller) achieved an excellent result with 426.3 rings and thus won another gold medal for the Schwaz district, which won a total of two national championship titles.
Shooter Christine Rudig wins state championship title for Landeck
Christine Rudig from the Zams Schützengilde was successful for the Landeck district: she was able to confidently win the title in senior class 2 standing with 415.9 rings. She was followed by Christine Kreisser (SG Bad Häring) with 412.6 rings and Bernadette Egger (SG Thaur) with 412.4 rings in second and third place.
Johann Bacher shoots himself to the national champion in Innsbruck
Johann Bacher from the Schützengilde Sölden won a title for Imst at these state championships: he won the senior class 3 seated with 419.5 rings ahead of Johann Flörl (SG Fügenberg) with 418.5 rings and Josef Pohler (SG Ehrwald) with 417 , 8 rings.
Schützengilde Lienz wins national championship with the air rifle
Josef Isep from the Schützengilde Lienz was able to bring a strong result in the handicapped class seated, which brought him the title of national champion: he won with 421.9 rings and won gold for East Tyrol. Club colleague Roman Wiedenhofer came in second with 420.7 rings. Bronze went to Max Ladner (SG Kappl) with 416.6 rings.
