“The Federation of San Marino tries to debase the investigations”
The reimbursement case of the San Marino Giuoco Calcio Federation shakes the waters in the world of the Titan football, as confirmed by the note of the coaches association and the players’ association signed by the presidents Giampaolo Mazza and Andy Selva: “Amazed by the content of the Press Release disclosed during the night by the Federation Sammarinese Giuoco Calcio entitled “Federal Assembly: managerial mandate confirmed” and given that we ourselves are part of the Assembly, we consider it necessary, for the sake of football and out of respect for truth and facts, some clarifications.
In the press release sent with diligence during the night we read that the President and the Secretary General could “put their mandate in the hands of the Federal Assembly” calling it to a judgment on the confirmation or revocation of the office when in reality, no vote was carried out to that effect. The President Tura should know the statute of the Federation he presides and should therefore know that it is not possible by statute to vote for “trust” or “reconfirmation of mandate”, the statute only provides for the possibility of voting “no confidence” in an assembly extraordinary (and not ordinary like the one called yesterday). Therefore, it is not true that the assembly confirmed the office of the President and Secretary General, more simply the Assembly did not agree to vote on a provision not provided for by the statute and did not agree to take the place of the San Marino National Olympic Committee.
Regretful if not inappropriate, the attempt to debase the investigation of the law is actually superseded by federal regulations and statutes. If the unanimity to which the federal leaders are left to confer intending support for their activity is that relating to the approval of the assembly, they must at least clearly state that, in those minutes, the statements of censure of the members of the assembly are also included who did not share their line ”.
