Circle K to rebuild toilets in Sweden
The retailer has partnered with HUNDRED toilets for a pilot project involving four motorway locations.
Circle K and ONE HUNDRED toilets join forces to set the new standard for motorway station toilets in Circle K in Sweden.
Hygiene, health and comfort are the three cornerstones of this innovative Dutch toilet concept. The first four openings will be at the service stations located in Knivsta, Floda, Örebro and Gränna.
These four stations are part of the flagship project that Circle K is currently rolling out.
“We want to introduce a new level of toilets along the motorways in Sweden, so we teamed up with HUNDRA toilets to pilot their concept at a selection of our locations in Sweden. We will be closely following customer feedback and hopefully this is the future of toilets for Circle K in Sweden,” says Per Selin, Sr. Manager Property Development in Sweden.
ONE HUNDRED toilets offer visitors “Relieve, Refresh, Reload” services that transform a visit to the toilet from a necessary evil to a revitalizing micro-break.
The company has been active in Sweden since 2019 with toilets in the Gallerian and Citycons Liljeholmstorget in Stockholm.
“This partnership with Circle K and other new partnerships in Europe gives us confidence that our concept is seen as the most innovative and relevant solution on the market. We can’t wait to see how customers react to the new experience,” says Bram Gleichman co-founder and CCO for ONE HUNDRED toilets.
