Citroën elected “Brand No. 1 in the Professionals’ Choice” in Portugal
For the second consecutive year, the Citroën brand was elected the best “Brand No. 1 in the Professionals’ Choice” among the 11 brands of commercial vehicles obtained by ConsumerChoice, the main brand evaluation system in Portugal.
Citroën achieved an overall score of 87.56%, surpassing the result of 87.14% registered a year ago. In terms of customer satisfaction, Citroën scored highest in six of the 10 criteria under review, achieving the best records in Brand Quality, Brand Trust, Maintenance, Assistance Network, Customer Service and Type of Fuel.
The evaluation was carried out by 380 professionals in the sector and the “Professionals’ Choice” focuses on the Commercial Vehicles category and elects the brand that obtained, compared to the others, the best classification in the evaluation of the experienced classification and in the purchase intention/recommendation.
