Anger: Border police Piding uncovers significant traffic offenses in Anger

A 21-year-old Macedonian citizen is accused of driving despite an existing driving ban. On the evening of January 8, he was driving his car on the A8 motorway in the direction of Salzburg, near Anger, and was confronted with a check.

anger – According to a search query, the young man was subject to a currently valid driving ban from the central fine office in Bavaria with legal force in March 2022, which he had never taken up. He was reported for a driving offense despite a driving ban. The driving ban was implemented immediately. Continued travel is prohibited.
On the morning of January 9, a patrol from the Piding border police checked a car with German registration and a family of four on the A8 motorway heading towards Munich, in the Anger municipality. All required identification documents could be presented on request. In addition, the driver, a 55-year-old handed over Kosovan national, his national Kosovar driver’s license and the vehicle registration document for the above-mentioned cars. He could not show a national German driving license of class B. When asked, he stated that he had lived in Germany since 2003. He should therefore have had a valid German driver’s license. His Kosovan driving license was no longer valid. An investigation into driving without a German driver’s license was initiated.
On January 9, at around 9:30 p.m., a young lady from Serbia appeared ignorant when she drove her car on the A8 motorway in the direction of Salzburg and was checked at the Angerer Berg car park. On request, she could only do so in federal territory invalid Serbian probationary driver’s licensen show. She was forbidden to continue driving on the spot. She was also charged with driving without a license.
