Our 12 athletes will compete in 7 disciplines: Athletics, Bowls, Rhythmic and Artistic Gymnastics, Swimming, Sailing and Golf. For golf it will be the first time and we thank the San Marino Federation which is training our top athlete. It will be a challenging 2023: in September there will be the special cup, together with the Football Federation, which this year will have an international dimension. Then there’s me Games of the Small States of football, to the third edition, and may return lo Special rally event. And the calendar is being implemented day after day and we will participate with all our disciplines at Italian and European level. 2022 has been a wonderful year, we have introduced new disciplines such as tennis, for which we thank the San Marino Federation. It was an important year because, after the pandemic, our special athletes were able to start practicing more sports again. We have 60 practicing athletes and about 25 volunteers, as a coach: new volunteers joined, we did some scouting. We we also train four Paralympic athletes, thanks to our sports director and coach Paola Carinato. Between these Roger Marchetti, that he improved all of his personals. So we continue to train these athletes who they can participate in all San Marino and Italian competitions. But not international, because validation there is the responsibility of the San Marino Paralympic Committee“.
