According to the scheme for calculating payments for annual labor leave, it has arisen that another non-working day has been introduced in the country.
Payments for release in Belarus will increase next year, follows from the decision of the Ministry of Labor. “This resolution comes into force on January 1, 2023,” the document says.
In particular, the number of observations of the average monthly calendar day from 29.7 to 29.6. As Aleksey Artyukhovich, chairman of the Gomel Regional Bar Association, told the Belarus Segodnya newspaper, the formula of Belarus has changed because January 2 became a non-working day, and in general the number of such days has increased from 9 to 10.
That is why, as the expert explained, the amount of vacation pay should be increased.
The base rate will also increase in 2023. This is the basis of the Council of Ministers. On its basis, taking into account the coefficients and additional payments, the salary of state employees is formed. As of November 2022, it is 212 Belarusian rubles. Next year, its value will be 228 rubles.
The monthly salary also corresponds in Belarus from January 1, 2023 and amounts to 554 Belarusian rubles. In addition, in the near future, the Prime Minister of the Republic, Roman Golovchenko, will announce that the document on the payment of salaries has already been calculated.
