Ps and Psd remember the former Italian minister Franco Frattini: “He was a friend of San Marino”
Frank Frattinithe president of the Italian Council of State, died on Christmas night at the age of 65.
Graduated in Law, magistrate, in 1981 Frattini became state attorney. A parliamentarian, member of Forza Italia and Popolo della Libertà, with Silvio Berlusconi as prime minister, Frattini was foreign minister twice: first in the years 2002-2004 and then in the years 2008-2011.
But before that he was secretary of the Italian Socialist Youth Federation (FGSI) and a member of the Italian Socialist Party.
And it is precisely from the socialist circles of St Marine words of condolences come.

An excellent jurist, magistrate, recently appointed President of the Council of State, he has held the most important and prestigious roles in almost 40 years of activity.
Franco Frattini, the absolute protagonist of recent Italian and European political history, has shown himself, over time and on several occasions, loyal friend of the Republic of San Marino to whose questions he has always proved to be positively attentive.
