The board of NoHo Partners Oyj has decided on the long-term incentive system for the company’s key personnel for the fourth earning period.
The board of NoHo Partners Oyj has decided on the long-term incentive system for the company’s key personnel for the fourth earning period. The fourth earning period is 24 months, starting on January 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2024. The reward criteria for the fourth earning period are based on the profitable growth of NoHo Partners Oyj. There are ten participants in the fourth earning period of the long-term incentive system.
A maximum of 280,420 bonus shares could be distributed from the fourth earning period. The value of the maximum fee at the average price of the trading day preceding this stock exchange announcement would be approximately EUR 2.0 million. The board estimates that if the reward is paid entirely in new shares, the dilutive effect on the number of the company’s registered shares in the fourth earning period will be a maximum of 1.34%.
