Love Music Trio in concert at Trend Up on 23 December 2022 Events in Verona
It is a trio of wonders, the one that stars at the Trend Up in viale Europa 7a in Negrar on Friday (23/12) at 9pm. The voice of Giuliana Bergamaschi is always the undisputed protagonist, this time supported by a singular ensemble with Carlo Ceriani on guitar and Gabriele Bolcato on the trumpet. The repertoire draws gems from the ocean of American jazz standards with some Italian transgression adapted to the line-up, explains Bergamaschi, a Veronese voice who has been involved in projects between folk, jazz, pop and popular music for years. Giuliana Bergamaschi made herself known as a singer of the Ensemble Ratatuja, one of the winners in 1996 of the “Grinzane Cavour” and “Arezzo Wave” awards.
In 2000 he published on CD the collection “Shakespearian”, a dozen original songs. You have collaborated with the Ensemble Hotel Rif, in the show “Storieincanto”. You participated in the selections for the Naples Festival, reaching the national finals. For years she has been carrying on a repertoire centered on Fabrizio De André’s songbook. You have participated in reviews and festivals such as the “Folkest” and the “Tenco a Novara”. You have recorded a CD dedicated to the best Veronese singer-songwriters for Azzurra Music. For the “InfinitaMENTE” festival you participated in the evening dedicated to Lucio Dalla. You participated in the “Arena di Pace” show. With Alessandro Anderloni you created and performed the shows “Sleep buried in a wheat field” and “The path of water”. He recorded the CD “Tropico Italiano” for Azzurra Music. Ceriani is guitarist, arranger, conductor and composer for many groups of jazz, classical and contemporary music, also for films and plays.
