UNAS and reform of employment regulations
While considering that no law can be perfect and everything can be perfected, especially in terms of reform of the rules relating to employment or pensions, we believe that many regulated and/or reordered aspects can foreshadow a clearer relationship and opportunities not foreseen up to now . From pensioners to young people, from competition to family solidarity, so much changes! Finally, in conjunction with the social security reform (L. 157) and employment regulations (L. 164), work is envisaged for pensioners, with the possible recovery of important figures, especially to be valorised for the recovery of old jobs and tutoring for new activities . It is not yet in strict analogy with the freedom registered abroad, where there is the accumulation of income from work and pensions, but it is certainly a significant first step. For young people, the intrinsic openness to the culture of working concurrently with school training and the summer periods, both for adults and minors, is an asset and an important value linked to the training of the new generations, not only for the simple knowledge , but for an experiential approach that can be used in several sectors. Review and confirmation of family solidarity as an indispensable tool for the management of a small family-run impression: there are hundreds of them in the Republic. Finally, we would like to be a discordant voice with respect to those who claim that the regulation of directors in limited liability companies without employees causes damage to the economy. We were heard when we argued for mandatory inappropriateness for ordinary businesses, a speech apart from companies with ZERO employees. With the exception of special cases (e.g. real estate companies or companies belonging to groups) in the past we have been informed that this type of micro-enterprise (with zero employees, one can only define them in this way) could be the cause of unfair competition towards ordinary industrial or artisans, for a contribution differential. Null for some, lift for others. And for this reason, while evaluating all the proposals related to potential improvements to the standard, we recognize the glass as half full of the system and the ratio, while maintaining a high level of attention and constructive availability for the implementing decrees that will soon be issued.
