The Brianza archers stock up on medals in San Marino
Prestigious success of an archer of the Meda Archi Company: Marco Sironi in the Italian 3D Fiarc Indoor Championships (Italian Federation of Country Shooting Archers) held in the The Republic of San Marino won the Italian flag in long bow (literally single curvature longbow), senior category. Moreover Daniele Gaetani and Marco Riva, archers registered with the company based in via Tiziano Vecellio a Meda, after passing the qualifying grids, in the final poule to which only six senior competitors were admitted, they won the bronze respectively in the compound (bow equipped with pulleys that allow you to accumulate a greater amount of energy) e in the historical arc (traditional wooden bow with a string). Marco Sironi, in the final poule with the national title at stake, scored 60 points overtaking Gianfranco De Roveri (Arc.Pordenone) who scored 52 and Lorenzo Chierigato (Chioggia) in third with 26 points. Sironi last July was ranked at third place in the longbow divisionsenior category, in the Italian Fitarco Championships played a Castellarano. In San Marino, in the event organized by the San Marino Archery Society, they were present on the shooting lines beyond four hundred athletes coming from all Italian regions, and at the end of four days of intense competition the three senior archers of the company based in Meda in Via Tiziano Vecellio have returned to headquarters with medals around their necks.

Also in two indoor competitions organized by companies affiliated to Fitarco (Italian Archery Federation) the archers registered with companies based in Brianza have won medals in various categories. In particular, the individual gold medal in the interregional competition organized by the company Archers of the Adda in the gymnasium of Corso Europa, in Cassano D’Adda, gratified the performance of Denis Giuseppe Benedetti (a.olimpico, Cat.junior – Arc.Compagnia of Monza and Brianza); Claudia Nardecchia (a.composto, Cat.ragazze – Arc.Burarco – Vimercate); Simona Biella (naked, Cat.Master – Polisp.Bellusco Section Archery). At Cardano al Campo in the competition organized by the Tre Torri Archers, Maria Carla Corti (Polisp.Besanese Archery) won in the Olympic archery division, masters category.
