“crazy shopping” with a Smac found; a plea deal, a conviction and a settlement
He found a card Smacnear the cafeteria from Serravalle; and thought well to use it massively, before it was blocked by the owner. “Improper use of payment instruments”, this is the crime accomplished by a 32 years old of the Rimini area. Meanwhile she has negotiated, and would now be in Switzerland. This morning, however, the trial of the two people somehow involved: a friend of Albanian origins and the former company boy’s. He also put Smac at their disposal, in a day of “crazy spending”. 21 payments in quick succession; for a total of over 900 euros: about a third of the card credit. When I realized that the Smac didn’t belong to my boyfriend “I got angry” – the young woman recalled -, but we continued to go shopping. I’m very embarassed, he said. She was anyway doomed a 3 months of captivity, suspended sentence; and will have to resurrect the damage. Acquitted the other defendant instead. Since there has not been sufficient evidence, in the opinion of the Judge Morsianihis awareness of committing a crime.
The other process is also particular. The one against 4 people accused of the damage – 3 years ago – by tilesand tools from work, within the building site of the Philatelic Museum. One of the defendants – who in the opinion of the investigators acted as a “pole” – is in the meantime deceased; thus declared the extinction of the crime. According to the indictment thematerial executor of the damage was a man of 49 years old resident at Customs; that he allegedly had disagreements with the owner of the company that owns the materials. There civil party – to underline the responsibilities – has, among other things, emphasized the registration of a phone call fragile plaintiff and a person who would have entered the construction site. A series of elements have also been indicated by the Tax Prosecutor’s Office, which saw one of the incidents retaliation. A process based on suspectsreplied the Defence of the 49-year-old and another defendant. Whoever – it has been said – he could access that construction site; nobody sees anything.
It was then observed that there are no certainties of authenticity for the registration; flurry of disputes also on the merits of this. The Law Commissioner finally sentenced the 49-year-old to a fine of 900 eurosas well as compensation for damages. On the other hand, the other two defendants were acquitted, because not enough is known of their guilt.
