San Marino. Rights of residents: Comites meets the San Marino Action-Italia Viva Committee
Last Friday, Comites San Marino met the representatives of the San Marino Action-Italia Viva Committee represented by Marcella Michelotti, Action coordinator and Adalmiro Bartolini, Italia Viva coordinator.
The Comites delegation was made up of the president Alessandro Amadei, the member of the Executive Marina Rossi and the councilor Stefano Gatta.
“At the center of the meeting – reads a note – the precarious condition in which residents live in San Marino who in some cases are deprived of rights, such as health care, as happens to residents for family reunification. For this reason, there is a need for legislation that better protects the various categories of stays and that is more flexible in the granting of residence permits and residences. Also because the increase in population due to greater ease in granting residence permits and residences would bring enormous advantages to the country and to the system with an increase in the number of taxpayers and consumers in the Republic – underlined the president of Comites San Marino Alessandro Amadei.
Action-Italia Viva for some time engaged in the construction of a single party has launched an unprecedented mobilization campaign abroad, in which its representatives and supporters are involved in the challenges, in which Europe is at stake for its future , namely digital, finance, climate and security.
In this perspective, Action-Italia Viva has also extended its range of action to San Marino, a country which is closely tied to Italy and which hosts sixteen thousand Italian citizens”.
