Portugal loses to Morocco and says goodbye to the 2022 World Cup
Portugal lost, this Saturday, to Morocco by 1-0, at the Al Thumama Stadium (Doha), and was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the World Cup in Qatar.
The “quinas” selection entered the match stronger and at 5 minutes created the first great goal opportunity. João Félix responded to a free-kick by Bruno Fernandes with a header, which the African goalkeeper saved for a corner.
