San Marino. Sinpar Convention, future Republic: “In favor of the resolution, but without further gifts to the members”
“Christmas is approaching and, as we know, the most provident start preparing gifts for loved ones. This seems to us to be the only possible interpretation to justify some resolutions of the State Congress”.
He thinks so future republicemphasizing in a press release that, “after the exponentially increasing debt (we have exceeded one billion euros), the AASS on the verge of collapse (a chasm in terms of expenses of +100 million), the parties organized inviting pensioners and friends to collect some votes (the Canti-Aaslp gala), the millionaire robots (still left switched off in the secret rooms of the ISS), the last missile has arrived in these days: we are referring to the resolution no. 37 of 24/10/22 ‘Resolution of the Sinpar agreement’in which the Congress of State approves ‘to proceed with the negotiations for the possible resolution of the agreement in force with Sinpar SpA’”.
Pedini Amati, “after the rock press conference, after the new electrical system at the Pala Turismo (who knows if it shut down the deadly antennas?), saw the negotiation for the purchase of the Sinpar parking lot by the State cleared through customs: please , we have been talking about it for years and the theme was also discussed in the last legislature but stopped by the costs, in the order of 20 million euros; now, and three/four years have passed, with an explosive economic situation, with an increasing public debt, the government and Pedini Amati are moving forward”.
“Where they will get the money to resolve the agreement and liquidate the well-known business partners of Sinpar, it is not known. Just as it is not known how the state will eventually manage the parking lots. Will there be a post office style management with a chronic loss? Or Aaas style with 100 million holes? Or will a hybrid formula be chosen with well-informed people in view of the elections?” asks Rf, who expresses “concern about choices made without any economic and prospective plan”.
And again: “We wonder if there are members in the State Congress who are employees or collaborators of Sinpar members and if more debt will be created and perhaps the tariffs will be raised to pay Sinpar’s entrepreneurs. Is all of this serious or is it just ‘lark meat’ to quell Pedini Amati? We would also be curious to know if the majority approves the acquisition but we are witnesses that the entire majority always approves what the government is proposing, despite the fig leaves of some minstrels who chatter against and vote in favour”.
“Strange rumors circulate in the corridors of the building on the subject with attempts to carry out the coup of life in the confusion of the end of the term, with the final bill paid by the citizens”, sends the opposition party, which also says it is “in favor of the resolution of the Sinpar agreement, vexatious for the State, but without further gifts to the shareholders”.
Finally, RF asks not only for “clarity on the strategies that the government intends to pursue, where it will eventually get the money and who will manage the parking spaces” but also that “if there are secretaries of state with conflicts of interest involved in this dossier, they must strictly abstain from negotiation and the consequent decisions”.
