How is our money spent?
The economic and financial situation of our country is increasingly complex. The increase of more than 100% in gas and electricity bills, the increase that gallops over 10%, various contractual renewals that have been inactive for over ten years, the increase in social security contributions to be paid by each worker according to the provisions of pension reform; all these data concur to strongly affect the purchasing power of families, impoverishing them and arousing great concerns for the weaker groups. In such a complicated phase, in which the measures listed above seem to be just the beginning, the Government and other entities continue to spend and spread, consulting, purchasing, spending. In the latest balance sheet adjustment, we saw the item “charges for services rendered by the Central Bank” rise by € 1,300,000. Incredible! While everyone is tightening their belts, BCSM spends more! RF then decided to want the following question already tomorrow to put the great amount of legal advice of the Central Bank under the magnifying glass, to begin to understand how the money of all citizens is spent.
INTERROGATION:
Given the considerable increase in the amount allocated to the item “charges for services rendered by the Central Bank” in the recent “budget adjustment”; also consider the speech in the same voting venue of the recent “budget adjustment”, in which legal coherents were mentioned by the Central Expenditure Bank of the Republic of San Marino. The Government inquires about: – obtaining details of all the consultancy / collaboration / assistance / protection assignments in legal matters, assigned by the Central Bank in the last three years, starting from October 2019 until today; – for each of them it is required to specify the assignments assigned, by whom the persons in charge were proposed and the figures spent; – if they represented BCSM in the San Marino forum, the specifics of the cases dealt with and the related expenses.
