“25-year-old man wrestles high school kids in Sweden”
Bo Nickal burst onto the scene after two impressive performances in Dana White’s Contender Series. Nickal made further headlines when he called Khamzat Chimaev after his second DWCS victory in September.
Both fighters have backgrounds in wrestling and have implemented a wrestling-heavy game plan when competing in MMA to dominate opponents.
“The Allen Assassin” recently appeared on Michael Bisping’s podcast, Believe You Me. He was asked to share his thoughts on the wrestling skills of “Borz” to which he replied:
“I think he competes a little bit emotionally. And when I looked at his actual wrestling stuff, I mean it was basically like a 25-year-old man wrestling as a high school kid in Sweden. There’s not really much to say about that. So I hope he would beat those guys.”

Bo Nickal has only three fights under his belt in professional MMA and has already been signed by the UFC. At the age of just 26, he has a bright future ahead of him.
Khamzat Chimaev is also only 28 years old. The dominance shown by both men could see them on a collision course in the future.
“The Allen Assassin” believes he will “crush” Chimaev if the two eventually fight.
“I hope Chimaev keeps winning. It’s going to get bigger and bigger, we’re going to make it and I’m going to smash him.”

Bo Nickal from UFC debut against Jamie Pickett at UFC 282, will not fight until 2023
Bo Nickal is being labeled as a future UFC champion before he even fights for the promotion. ‘The Allen Assassin’ carries a level of hype that even Khamzat Chimaev and Islam Makhachev would have struggled to compete with.
Nickal is currently 3-0 in MMA, but has a total Octagon time of 2 minutes and 27 seconds. This is less than a full round in an MMA fight.
The dominance on display, along with his accomplished career as a college wrestler, makes Bo Nickal one of the hottest prospects in the sport.
‘The Allen Assassin’ was scheduled to face Jamie Pickett in his UFC debut at UFC 282 in December, but had to pull out due to injury. He will be out until 2023, when he will make his long-awaited UFC debut.
