Barça points out that this amendment to article 89 “intended to alter the powers that LaLiga has in economic matters” and that for the Barça entity “they correspond exclusively to the clubs.” In addition, they emphasize that he also aspired to “subsequently correct some of the alleged irregularities” of the agreement between the employers and the CVC investment fund, pending judicial resolution, after being challenged in court by Athletic Club, Real Madrid and the Catalan team itself.
