Cidade Universitária Metro de Lisboa station open on Sunday due to Brazilian women
Initially, the provisional was scheduled to take place between October 29 (Saturday) and November 5, but, taking into account that the polling stations go to premises installed at the Faculty of Law, what happened from the station will take place on October 31 (Monday ) and November 7th.
At the end of the period, circulation on the Yellow line will be carried out between Odivelas and Campo Grande stations, and between Campos and Rato (and in the opposite direction).
In, during the completion of the Cidade Universitária station, the Metro alternative to the use of surface transport, “namely as the 701, 736, 717, 738 and 76 da Carreira”.
In a statement, the carrier said that the changes are intended to “minimize the impacting impacts”, so it “understood the impact for convenience” to readjust the scheduled timetable for the operation of this station within the scope of interventions in the programmed desairline lane”.
After closing next Monday, the station will reopen to the public at 6:30 am on November 8th, “at which point full circulation will be resumed” on the Yellow line, which connects Rato to Odivelas, for a total of 13 seasons.
“This temporary period of the University station will develop the intervention works in the area that, for safety reasons, imply the closure of the operation in the section where the public works will take place”, underlined the company.
The Lisbon Metro operates with four lines – Yellow, Blue, Green and Red.
