Unions maintain strike Tuesday at Lisbon Metro | Strike
The union organizations representing the workers of Metropolitano de Lisboa will maintain the called strike for Tuesday, despite the fact that Tuesday services have been decreed, and criticism of the position of the company’s board of directors.

However, Metropolitano de Lisboa has already announced that the service will be affected from 11:00 pm on Monday, when all stations will end, with the service expected to return to normal from 6:30 am on Wednesday.
During the day, the subway will operate with 25 normal circulation to fulfill the days of service on Friday.
“So, on the 24th of October, the shuttle service will end at 23:00. On the 25th of October, the transport service will operate from 6:30 am to 1 am, but at 25% of normal circulation times, with longer than usual waiting times given that, according to the decision of the Arbitral Tribunal, services have been decreed. 25%”, reads the statement.
Metropolitano de Lisboa operates daily with four lines: Yellow (Rato-Odivelas), Green (Telheiras-Cais do Sodré), Blue (Reboleira-Santa Apolónia) and red (Airport-São Sebastião).
Normally, the metro runs between 6:30 am and 1 am.
